Salmon Patties
Benefits of salmon
Salmon patties are a great way to get your kids to eat fish – especially salmon. Salmon is low in saturated fat and a good source of protein. It also contains many vitamins that are necessary for health.
This recipe can be mixed up earlier in the day and then fried that evening. You can serve this in a sandwich or as a main dish. You can use green or red peppers; the red pepper adds more color, but both are delicious. You can also use cracker crumbs instead of bread crumbs. With this recipe, you can adapt ingredients according to the palate of your family.
