Cauliflower Bites – Air Fried or Oven

Cauliflower bites are a great way to serve cauliflower. They are tender, tasty, toss-up simple.
We should eat more cauliflower. This versatile veggie can be used in many ways. I’ve had it in pizza crust and mashed as a substitute for mashed potatoes. It can be eaten raw, cooked, grilled, or roasted. Recently I’ve enjoyed this dish done in my air fryer.Ā
Cauliflower is fat-free and cholesterol-free. It’s low in sodium and high in Vitamins C and K.Ā
Cauliflower bites
This recipe is versatile. You can fix it any way you like. My favorite is to use several spices: garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and paprika. Some folks suggest adding tumeric, but since that’s one of my allergies, I haven’t added that.
You can fix this ahead of time and pop the cauliflower in the oven when you’re ready to serve. It can be dairy-free if you skip the parmesan cheese.Ā
The recipe for cauliflower bites
Cauliflower Bites (Air fried or Oven Baked)
Ingredients
- 4 cups Cauliflower
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- S & P optional to taste
Instructions
- Wash cauliflower and cut into pieces
- mix dry ingredients together
- Dip cauliflower in olive oil
- Transfer to bowl with dry ingredients
- Stir until it is combined well
- Bake in Air Fryer at 400 for 15-20 minutes until tender OR Bake in oven at 400 for 15-20 minutes until done
