Three in One Cheese Ball

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 4 cups shredded cheese at room temperature milk
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • TOPPINGS: coarsely ground pepper; 2 ounces crumbled bleu cheese' finely chopped pecans

Instructions
 

  • Beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese, milk, onion and Worcestershire sauce until fluffy
  • Divide mixture into thirds (1 cup each)
  • Shape first ball and roll in pepper
  • Add bleu cheese to the 2nd ball; roll in parsley
  • Add garlic powder to the 3rd portion. Shape into ball and roll in nuts
  • Cover and refrigerate
  • Let stand at room temperature 1 hour before serving
  • Serve with crackers
