Three in One Cheese Ball
A simple and easy recipe with choices of how to serve.

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 4 cups shredded cheese at room temperature milk
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp minced onion
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- TOPPINGS: coarsely ground pepper; 2 ounces crumbled bleu cheese' finely chopped pecans
Beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese, milk, onion and Worcestershire sauce until fluffy
Divide mixture into thirds (1 cup each)
Shape first ball and roll in pepper
Add bleu cheese to the 2nd ball; roll in parsley
Add garlic powder to the 3rd portion. Shape into ball and roll in nuts
Cover and refrigerate
Let stand at room temperature 1 hour before serving
Serve with crackers
