Sheet Pan Fajitas
A one-dish oven meal of meat and vegetables, baked in thirty minutes.
Prep Time 15 minutes mins
Cook Time 30 minutes mins
- 1 tbsp vegetable or avocado oil
- 1 of each red, yellow, orange peppers
- 1 lb chicken, steak, shrimp or sausage
- 1 or 2 of each squash, zucchini, or other vegetables of your choice
- seasonings salt, pepper, onion or garlic powder, cumin, paprika, onion or garlic powder, oregano (optional)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 1/2 cup sour cream - to serve as dollops if desired
- 1/2 cup rice per person fixed according to directions
- 1 per person tortilla
Slice beef OR chicken OR pork into thin strips
Clean and slice vegetables
Add seasonings of your choice
Sprinkle olive or avocado oil over all
Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes or until done
Serve over rice or in tortillas
Serve sour cream if serving over rice
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top (optional)
