Oreo Cookies - Whoopie Pies
An easy recipe that can be made ahead. Chocolate oreos and cream cheese filling

- 1 box Devil's Food cake mix (1)
- 1 box Swiss Chocolate cake mix (2)
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil (3)
- 4 eggs (4)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (1 filling)
- 1/2 cup butter (2 filling)
- 4 oz cream cheese (3 filling)
Coolies: Mix first four ingredients together
Use a small scoop and scoop onto greased cookie tray
pat balls down or roll into flat balls
Bake at 350 for 6-8 minutes or until done
Filling: Mix the bottom 3 ingredients together
Put filling between two "cookies" and place together like an Oreo
