Corn Muffin Dogs
muffin mix with a cocktail smokie OR hot dog in the middle!
Prep Time 10 minutes mins
Cook Time 15 minutes mins
- 3 boxes corn muffin mix
- 1 package cocktail smokies or hot dogs
- (eggs, milk, water, oil as directed on the box)
Put muffin mix in a bowl
Add ingredients listed on the box
grease mini muffin pans OR use paper cups
fill muffin cups 2/3 with batter
add 1/2 cocktail smokie or 1/4 hot dog in the center of each cup
bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes or until done
