Vegetable Soup 2 + 2 + 2
A combination of two cups of every vegetable simmered with tomato juice and browned beef is the basis for this recipe

- 2 cups tomato juice
- 2 cups cabbage, chopped
- 2 cups carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups corn
- 2 cups green beans (frozen is best)
- 2 cups lima beans
- 2 cups onions
- 2 cups peas
- 2 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 - 3 pounds beef tips
- 2 cans petite tomatoes
Sauté beef until tender
Put tomato juice and tomatoes into kettle, then add beef
Add the other vegetables
Season with Salt and Pepper, as desired
Bring to a boil, then turn down and simmer until vegetables are done
