Streusel Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding (small box)
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1.2 cup brown sugar
  • 1.2 - 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Combine the FIRST FIVE ingredients for the cake
  • Combine the LAST FOUR ingredients for the streusel
  • Pour 3/4 of the batter into a greased 9 x 13 in. cake pan
  • Sprinkle 2/3 of the streusel mix evenly on the batter.
  • Add the rest of the batter
  • Top with remaining streusel
  • Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes
  • DRIZZLE with GLAZE made of: 3/4 cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, and 3/4 Tablespoon water
