Snowball Cookies

Snowball cookies are easy to mix up and roll into balls. Bake them and roll in confectioner's sugar, and you're done!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 1/2 cup nuts crushed
  • 2-3 cups confectioner's sugar for rolling I use less

Instructions
 

  • Cream butter until softened
  • Add sugar
  • Add flour and nuts
  • Mix well and shape into small balls
  • Put on ungreased cookie sheet
  • Bake at 325 until done - 5-10 minutes
  • Cool slightly then roll in confectioner's sugar
  • Roll cookies twice more if more sugar is desired
