Cuisine: American
Yield: 1 servings

Materials

  • 2 cups pork broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon beef bouillon
  • 3 Tablespoons flour
  • 1/43 cup milk
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix beef bouillon with heated broth
  • Make a paste of flour and milk
  • Bring broth to boiling and slowly add paste, stirring
  • Turn heat down and simmer, stirring until the gravy is the right thickness

Notes

If you like your gravy thicker, you can use more flour.
If you like it thin, use less flour or more milk.
If your gravy is not thick enough, you can add more flour to a portion of the broth; stir it together until it is smooth and then add it to your gravy. You can add some water or milk to thin it a little.
Pork is salty, but you can add more salt and/or pepper if you desire.
