Homemade Stovetop Popcorn

So easy to make! Such a healthy snack, especially if you use olive oil instead of vegetable oil.

Course Stovetop Popcorn

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup popcorn - your choice of yellow or white kernels
  • vegetable OR olive oil - enough to cover the kernals
  • Seasoning of your choice

Instructions
 

  • Put popcorn in bottom of kettle
  • Put oil on top of popcorn - enough to cover the kernels
  • Cook on high, shaking or moving pan side to side on top of burner constantly
  • When popping stops, remove from heat
  • Put popcorn into another pan so kernels will not continue to cook and burn
  • Season with your choice of seasoning
