Homemade Stovetop Popcorn

So easy to make! Such a healthy snack, especially if you use olive oil instead of vegetable oil.

- 1/2 cup popcorn - your choice of yellow or white kernels
- vegetable OR olive oil - enough to cover the kernals
- Seasoning of your choice
Put popcorn in bottom of kettle
Put oil on top of popcorn - enough to cover the kernels
Cook on high, shaking or moving pan side to side on top of burner constantly
When popping stops, remove from heat
Put popcorn into another pan so kernels will not continue to cook and burn
Season with your choice of seasoning
