Homemade Pizza Dough and Pizza Sauce

This recipe makes three large pans of pizza. When I only need one pan, I make the recipe as always. Then I put the leftover dough into individual dough rounds, wrap it in waxed paper, and put it into a freezer bag. When I'm ready to use it again, I take out what I need and let it thaw at room temperature for two to three hours.

- 2 cups regular flour
- 1 Tbsp.. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp yeast
- 2 cups hot water
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil 1/4 cup
- 2 cups flour
- 3-4 more cups flour
- Add sauce. Add pizza ingredients.
Mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast in a bowl
Add hot water and olive oil.
Mix in 3-4 cups flour until dough is the right texture.
Press dough onto greased pizza pan.
If the dough is sticky, dip fingers in flour or cornmeal.

After baking for 15 minutes, remove from oven and add shredded cheese
Return to oven until cheese is melted
Bake at 425
Total baking time for crust is 20 minutes.
