A simple, 2-ingredient recipe for homemade chocolate syrup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 stick butter = 1/2 cup
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in saucepan on low heat until completely melted
  • Remove saucepan from heat
  • Add chocolate chips
  • Stir in, and continue to stir until completely melted
  • Serve over ice cream or éclair
  • Store covered in the refrigerator until ready to re-use
  • Heat in microwave for 20-30 seconds
