Fresh Fruit Salad

A combination of fresh fruits that bring color and cadence to your palate.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups red grapes cut in two if they are large
  • 1 1/2 cups green grapes cut in two if they are large
  • 1 cup cantaloupe, peeled cut into chunks
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, peeled cut into chunks
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries cut into quarters
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 mandarin oranges, peeled cut into chunks
  • 1-2 cups blackberries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 4 TBSP honey
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Rinse fruit and drain
  • Cut peeled fruits into chunks as directed
  • Mix fruit together and place in container with a lid
  • Mix juice, honey, and cinnamon together
  • Before serving, pour juice mixture over the fruit and stir
  • If you mix this the night before, drain the extra liquid before serving
