Fresh Fruit Salad
A combination of fresh fruits that bring color and cadence to your palate.

- 1 1/2 cups red grapes cut in two if they are large
- 1 1/2 cups green grapes cut in two if they are large
- 1 cup cantaloupe, peeled cut into chunks
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, peeled cut into chunks
- 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries cut into quarters
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 mandarin oranges, peeled cut into chunks
- 1-2 cups blackberries
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 4 TBSP honey
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Rinse fruit and drain
Cut peeled fruits into chunks as directed
Mix fruit together and place in container with a lid
Mix juice, honey, and cinnamon together
Before serving, pour juice mixture over the fruit and stir
If you mix this the night before, drain the extra liquid before serving
