Cream Cheese Ball

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 small onion, diced finely
  • 3 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup parsley (approximately)

Instructions
 

  • Cream the cream cheese in a mixer until smooth
  • Add cheddar cheese and mix well
  • Add onion, mixing thoroughly
  • Add Worcestershire sauce until mixed in completely
  • Roll mixture into a ball until smooth and round
  • Put parsley onto wax paper or counter top and roll cheese ball into the parsley until it is covered.
