Breakfast Smoothie: Fruit and Peanut Butter Breakfast

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt OR cottage cheese
  • 1 large Tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup blackberries or other fruit
  • 1/2 - 1 banana
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1/4-1/2 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in the blender
  • Pulse a few times until ice chunks become smaller
  • Blend until smooth
  • Add more milk, fruit, etc. as desired
