Baked Rice
Easy baked dish to fix while you are fixing your other menu items.
Prep Time 5 minutes mins
Cook Time 45 minutes mins
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon butter (or margarine)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (or more if preferred)
Combine all ingredients in a covered casserole dish
Cover
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or longer if making larger quantities
Remove from oven, stir with a fork or a spoon, and serve.
