Baked Asparagus with Rosemary and Garlic

Baked asparagus can be baking in the oven while you do your last minute preparation on a meal almost ready to serve.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs. fresh asparagus
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 Tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Wash and drain asparagus
  • Lay in a glass (or other) pan
  • Chop and dice garlic cloves and sprinkle on top
  • Sprinkle with rosemary
  • Drizzle olive oil on top
  • Stir with spoons or your fingers
  • Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until the heads are just turning crispy
