Air Fried Chicken

A simple recipe ready in under thirty minutes. Serve with rice or potatoes and a vegetable. OR serve in a bun for a crunchy, tender sandwich

- 1 cup buttermilk
- 6 chicken thighs boneless and skinless OR chicken breasts
- 1-2 cups crushed cornflakes
- garlic powder - optional sprinkled on top
Dip the chicken pieces in buttermilk
Take out and season with Salt and pepper and garlic powder
Dip in cornflakes
Put into air fryer
Set to 400 and fry for 4-6 minutes
Turn over and repeat for 4-6 minutes until done
