A simple recipe ready in under thirty minutes. Serve with rice or potatoes and a vegetable. OR serve in a bun for a crunchy, tender sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 6 chicken thighs boneless and skinless OR chicken breasts
  • 1-2 cups crushed cornflakes
  • garlic powder - optional sprinkled on top

Instructions
 

  • Dip the chicken pieces in buttermilk
  • Take out and season with Salt and pepper and garlic powder
  • Dip in cornflakes
  • Put into air fryer
  • Set to 400 and fry for 4-6 minutes
  • Turn over and repeat for 4-6 minutes until done
