Succotash
A vegetable dish that is colorful and tasty

- 1 quart corn
- 2+ cups lima beans
- 2 tablespoons butter
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 1/2 cup water
Put corn and limas into kettle.
Add water - enough to fill the bottom of the kettle; you can always add more
Season with salt and pepper
Cook until heated through
Add butter
Simmer until butter is melted
Test taste and add more seasoning, water, or butter as needed
