Quick Coffee Cake
A simple and easy cake that can be served for any dessert; especially good as a coffee cake.

- 1 13.25 oz. yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 3,4 oz, box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 3.4 oz. box instant butterscotch pudding
- TOPPING see below
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Mix together oil, water, and eggs.
Add dry pudding mixes and cake mix
Beat well
Grease a 9 x 13 in pan
Pour half of the batter into the 9 x 13 in pan
Sprinkle half of the topping on top of the batter
Repeat
Bake at 325 for approximately 60 minutes
