Poached Eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 or 2 eggs
  • Optional Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Put water into a small skillet - bring to a boil
  • Turn burner down to simmer or low
  • Crack eggs into the water
  • Cover with a lid
  • Cook about 2 minutes - depending on how soft or hard you want your eggs
  • Remove from water and serve
