A simple, easy fruit pie using cream as a filling and no crust. Cool, refreshing, delightful, and tasty!

- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- 1¼ cup blackberries
- 1/3 sugar**
- 1 Tablespoon flour
- 1 ¼ cups whipping cream
Put thawed berries in bottom of pie crust
Mix sugar and flour, then sprinkle evenly over blackberries **or 1/2 cup sugar if you prefer sweeter desserts
Pour whipping cream over berries and flour mixture
Bake at 350 for 30+ minutes
