Balsamic Glazed Carrots are so easy to do. This glaze makes them savory and delightful to eat. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs. carrots peeled and trimmed
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (optional)
  • Toss carrots with olive oil and salt and pepper
  • Roast at 400 for 30-45 minutes or until carrots are tender
  • Glaze: Combine honey and balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan
  • Simmer over medium heat until syrupy
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze over roasted carrots
  • Serve immediately
