Sour Cream Raisin Bars

An oatmeal bar with a raisin sour cream filling. Easy to mix up, bake, and delicious to serve. Freezes well.

- FILLING: 4 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 cups sugar you can decrease this
- 3 Tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup raisins
- 2 cups sour cream
- CRUST: 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 3/4 cup oatmeal
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
FILLING: Mix ingredients together
Bring to a boil over low heat.
Cook until thick, about 15 minutes
Set aide
CRUST: cream butter and brown sugar
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Pat half of the mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking pan
Spread with filling
Top with remaining crust mixture
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until done
