Hot Fudge Cake

An easy, mix-it-up-n-the-pan hot fudge cake. When you need a simple, quick, but tasty dessert, this one fits the bill. There's so little clean up as well.

- Bottom layer:
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 3 Tablespoon cocoa
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 Tablespoons oil
- Middle layer:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 6 Tablespoons cocoa
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Top layer:
- 2 1/2 cups hot water
In an ungreased 9 x 13 pan, stir together flour, cocoa, salt, ugar, and baking powder
Add milk, vanilla, and oil and mix until smooth, then spread evenly in pan
In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, cocoa, and sugar, then spread over batter
Pour hot water over batter
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until cake is not doughy on top
Let stand for 10 minutes
Serve hot with ice cream
