Meatballs

This meatball recipe is so easy to fix. You can do the meatballs ahead and freeze them, or do them all in one day.

- 3 slices bread hold under hot water until soft
- Hamburger - 1 1/2 pounds
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 large egg
- Salt and pepper
- SAUCE: 2 small cans tomato sauce 1 Tbsp. mustard, 1/2 cup brown sugar
Mix all together and make the meatballs.
Brown in a skillet, turning as needed
Pour off grease
Put into Pyrex dish
SAUCE: mix ingredients and bring to a boil
Pour sauce over the meatballs
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
