Serves: 2 cups
- ½ cup plain yogurt (OR cottage cheese)
- 1 large Tablespoon peanut butter
- ½ cup blackberries (or other fruit)
- ½ - 1 banana
- 5 ice cubes
- ¼-1/2 cup milk
- Put all ingredients in the blender
- Pulse a few times until ice chunks become smaller
- Blend until smooth
- Add more milk, fruit, etc. as desired
