A simple, very nutritious breakfast. Easy to fix and fun to serve. The combination of eggs and avocado packs protein, vitamins and minerals and will improve your health.
  • Avocado
  • Eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Seasonings
  • Butter (optional)
  • Olive oil (optional)
  1. Wash avocado and slice in two. (One for each serving)
  2. Remove the seed
  3. Soft-boil eggs
  4. Remove peeling from eggs
  5. Slice in half or serve the egg whole
  6. Put egg into avocado
  7. Season with your choice of seasonings
