A simple, nutritious and delicious shrimp dish that is bound to make everyone happy.
Ingredients
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ - ¾ cup chicken broth
  • 16 oz. pre-cooked shrimp
  • Lemon juice - to sprinkle on top
  • Parmesan cheese - for sprinkles
Instructions
  1. Melt butter in large skillet
  2. Add salt and garlic powder
  3. Add chicken broth
  4. Bring to as simmer
  5. Add shrimp and cook 1-2 minutes until pink
  6. Drain broth
  7. Squeeze lemon juice on top
  8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
  9. Serve over noodles or rice
