Baked Asparagus with Rosemary and Garlic

Baked asparagus can be baking in the oven while you do your last minute preparation on a meal almost ready to serve.
  • 2 lbs. fresh asparagus
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 Tablespoons olive oil
  1. Wash and drain asparagus
  2. Lay in a glass (or other) pan
  3. Chop and dice garlic cloves and sprinkle on top
  4. Sprinkle with rosemary
  5. Drizzle olive oil on top
  6. Stir with spoons or your fingers
  7. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until the heads are just turning crispy
