Red parsley potatoes are simple and easy to serve - and delicious, too. When you want an easy flair to your menu, this recipe will fit the bill.
  • 6 red potatoes (or white ones, peeled)
  • ¼ stick butter, melted
  • 1 Tablespoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Wash potatoes well
  2. Cut into small pieces
  3. Cook potatoes in water until they are soft
  4. Drain
  5. Season potatoes with salt and pepper, etc.
  6. Melt butter in skillet until slightly browned
  7. Add parsley to the butter
  8. Mix butter mixture with the potatoes
  9. Serve
