Balsamic Glazed Carrots are so easy to do. This glaze makes them savory and delightful to eat. Enjoy!
  • 2 lbs. carrots, peeled and trimmed
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup honey
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (optional)
  2. Toss carrots with olive oil and salt and pepper
  3. Roast at 400 for 30-45 minutes or until carrots are tender
  4. Glaze: Combine honey and balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan
  5. Simmer over medium heat until syrupy
  6. Drizzle balsamic glaze over roasted carrots
  7. Serve immediately
