Baked mayonnaise chicken is a moist dish. Chicken is a complete protein, which means it contains all nine essential amino acids needed for overall  health. White meat has less calories than dark meat. It’s a great source of protein and also contains Vitamin B12, choline, zinc, iron, and copper. Chicken should have an internal temperature of 165º when ready to serve.

The sauce

This baked chicken with mayonnaise recipe makes a tender, tasty chicken. You can increase the amount of mustard and also the seasonings. You can make this several hours ahead and then bake it if you’d like. The mayonnaise makes the chicken tender.

The ingredients you need for baked mayonnaise chicken are things you already have in your kitchen. Coat the chicken on both sides and then bake. Turn the chicken half way through baking so it browns on all sides.

With this recipe, you can use boneless or bone-in. You can use a whole chicken or just breast or leg quarters. You choose which you like most. Bone-in chicken is more moist than boneless. No matter which chicken you choose, you’ll enjoy this recipe, I’m sure.
